Time to boil down our first batch of syrup!

1st syrup of the season

For our first run we only boiled down about 5 gallons of early season sap. What we got was some fine Grade A Light Amber syrup.

Maple season is here! This past week the sap was flowin’, almost overflowing some of our buckets.
